Marina Rosenfeld is an artist and a composer interested in the intersection between modern composition, performance, and installations. Her work often includes orchestras and large-group ensembles that occupy spaces with extended live and recorded sound. She has also performed as a pianist and as an experimentalist DJ. During her career she has collaborated with many artists in a variety of fields, including Christian Marclay, Warrior Queen, Ralph Lemon, Maria Hassabi, and the Merce Cunningham Dance Company. Rosenfeld’s work appeared in The Kitchen group exhibition Between Thought and Sound in 2007, and she has since performed here multiple times.
