Keith Sonnier (1941 - ) is a Post-Minimalist artist working in performance, video, and installation. Sonnier's experimentation with transient installations and site-specific sculpture innovated the use of temporality in sculptural work and pioneered the Process Art movement. Sonnier was a panelist at the The Kitchen's 1980 panel series “Television, Society, and Art,” where he discussed the possibilities of television as an artistic medium.
