Wade Guyton is a post-conceptual artist who makes digital paintings on canvas using scanners and inkjet printers. In using these tools Guyton repurposes their imperfections, creating works whose repetition explores our changing relationships to images and artworks in an increasingly technological age. Guyton was a part of the group exhibition, "Besides, With, Against, and Yet: Abstraction and the Ready-Made Gesture", at The Kitchen in 2009.
