Yvonne Meier originally from Zurich, Switzerland, has been living, making dances and teaching in New York City, since 1979. As a choreographer and performer, she has created numerous full-evening pieces, several large-scale spectacles and several very personal improvised solos. She performed and presented work frequently at The Kitchen in the 1980's and early 1990's.
