Olga Adorno is a visual artist and a performer. She was a pivotal figure in New York City during the 1960s with her participation in Happenings and Fluxus. Through her performances at the Judson Church and the city’s lofts, she challenged the issues of time and ineffability in performance practices. During her career, she has collaborated with Jean Dupuy, and Claes and Patty Oldenburg among many other artists. Adorno performed at The Kitchen in Jean Dupuy’s “Soup and Tart” 1974; in “One, Two…” in 1979; and in Burp: Soup and Tart Revisited in 1991.
