Bozidar Brazda creates meeting points where viewers can re-experience fabricated histories of shared past and culture through mutability, subjectivity, timelessness, and poetry. The participation of the viewer is activated in multimedia installations, which are designed to be explored through each of their components by pulling apart their constituent objects. Brazda tries to undermine political stances by inserting ambiguous and mysterious elements, as well as partial autobiographical narratives. His work was included in The Kitchen group exhibition JUST KICK IT TILL IT BREAKS in 2007. In conjunction with this exhibition, he also premiered a new mixed-media performance piece, Bread, featuring a retrospective banquet for a fictitious filmmaker.
