Mladen Stilinović (1947-2016) was a Croatian conceptual artist and leading figure of the New Art Practice movement in Croatia, based in Zagreb. He worked in different media, including drawing, painting, photography, performance and text. His works were based on the idea of social and art critique, presenting themes of Yugoslavian socialism and contemporary globalism.
