Epic in Daily Segments

Palestine_StThomasChurch_Flyer1979

Epic in Daily Segments was a carillon-based composition played by Charlemagne Palestine in 1979 at St. Thomas Church in New York, supported by The Kitchen. The performance was a distilled version of Palestine's original project, which involved playing the carillon 25 minutes every day for four years. The final piece contained about 1500 segments of Palestine's daily performances.
