Tim Burns

Tim Burns is an actor and his film piece Thus Went Philippa was included in in Filmworks ’82 at The Kitchen. In this work, Burns revealed his interest in depicting a scary moment by improvising the solution to the problem. Shot in a New-York Lower-East-Side apartment, he employed silent and black-and-white footages to evoke a drugged state and recall The Connection, an original Living Theater production.
