On March 18 and 19, 2010, The Kitchen presented a night of music with composers Thomas Bartlett and Nico Muhly. To begin the concert, Bartlett and Muhly—performing together as Peter Pears—played both released and unreleased material from their catalogues. Then, Bartlett—under the name Doveman—was joined by Muhly and a host of other musicians to perform the entirety of his latest solo album The Conformist.
