As a part of The Kitchen’s November 1979 Dancing in the Kitchen series, Susan Rethorst and Pam Hagen presented a duet of everyday motion. The piece explored the beauty of natural movements in the body, such as crawling, rolling, and fitting one foot behind the other. The duet was hailed as “witty” and “refreshingly natural” by Deborah Jowitt of The Village Voice.
