Neil Greenberg
Neil Greenberg is an award-winning choreographer and served as the dance curator of The Kitchen from 1995 to 1999. He was a member of the Merce Cunningham Dance Company from 1979 to 1986 before forming Dance by Neil Greenberg in 1986 for which he has created over twenty-five works. His piece Not-About-AIDS-Dance was shown twice in 1994 after popular audience response. Greenberg’s choreography is recognized for its thoughtful approach to pattern, layering, and space; and its subtle but deep probing of inner life and experience.
