Synth Nights: Ben Vida with Tyondai Braxton & Amirtha Kidambi

retouchedphoto

Ben Vida performed as part of The Kitchen “Synth Nights” series with Tyondai Braxton and Amirtha Kidambia. He presented Slipping Control (ver.3), which examines the connectivity between machine-derived and spoken rhythms. This new iteration focused on cycling vocal patterns and psychoacoustics all in the service of a rather broken sort of dance music.
