Alchemy in The Kitchen--Money: The Split Within

Alchemy in The Kitchen--Money: The Split Within was part of a series of performances and lectures led by Llorraine Neithardt that took place at The Kitchen in the fall of 1996-winter 1997. The series included four evenings that reflected on the paradoxes of contemporary society and the forces that distort, transform and shape humanity. For this evening entitled Money: The Split Within, Neithardt discussed the split image manifested in money-- poverty and its opposite-- bringing the value of money forth from individuals’ shadow to a conscious creative expression.
