In For Eye Sleep Ear Breath, Maryanne Amacher explored situations of boundary and perception, involving psychological and bodily perceptions of the acoustic sound and space. The piece posited that it is not necessary to physically be in the same place in order to create music, and that we can perceive spaces in the same way we know sound.
