The Myth of Cosmogonia


 

The Myth of Cosmogonia was a musical and theatrical performance by band COOCOOHANDLER that took place at The Kitchen in the winter of 1997. Celebrating cycles of rejuvenation and destruction, the story took place in the mythological land of Cosmogonia, a place where “imagination can run wild.” Starring a group of eclectic musicians including Paul Braucher, Tom Burnett, Matt Hausmann, David Yearwood, Eliott Levin and Michael Leonhart, the performance also featured various artists including Dale Goodson, a poet and actor, Zero Boy, international cyberclown, Catherine Sand, an artist and poet, Jason Sturm, lighting designer, Rani Saha and Kevin Scott, video designers.
